Do you have a refund policy?
Whilst we are sure you will be satisfied with our services, if you join and feel it is not the right fit for you, then simply let us know within fourteen days of joining and we will refund you the full amount.
How long will it take until I get my first clients
It is up to every student to decide how much time, commitment and consistent action is put into the programme. There have been students who get there first clients (and a return of their investment) just one month into the programme, while others have taken up to three months. However, if you follow the programme, take consistent action and trust in the process, you will see results sooner rather than later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's a monthly subscription. If you cancel, you'll keep all the courses, but you will lose access to our community Loyal to Growth and to your All-in-One Platform.
How many hours do I need to commit?
As we grant you access to the Academy while you're subscribed, you have the opportunity to decide on your own how fast you want to move through the courses and how often you want to join the live calls. We are aware that everyone has different schedules and we do not want to exclude anyone. So even if you are still in a full-time job, and you can only carve out some hours per week, you will see successes if you stay committed, weighing your personal energy levels, but dedicated to the materials and support we provide.
How are the 1:1 sessions scheduled?
You will get access to Lisa's calendar so that you can pick the time most suitable for your schedule. There are available times during day time and evening time, as we want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to benefit from the 1:1 sessions.
